2、定期及不定期与客户现场对接提供售后技术服务。
3、处理紧急的投诉事件，应对售后服务需求，与质量管理部对接，处理突发售后事宜。
4、快速响应客户技术状态更改、型号变更、工况调整等技术问题。
5、负责对客户技术跟踪，了解产品使用情况；具备良好的沟通能力。
任职要求：1、大专及以上学历。
2、具有轴承行业应用技术服务工作经验两年以上。
